As such we stand by our work and offer a warranty for all work we perform. Hammerworks will inspect, correct, or replace any defective items or work that our company installed or performed under the original contract.

1. Lifetime guarantee

2. It is fully transferable to new owners upon the sale of the house

3. No service contract

Hammerworks Construction, Inc. will not be liable for any damages or expenses if the owner does not first give Hammerworks access to the premises and they are given the opportunity to inspect, correct, or replace defective items before the owner incurs expenses, performs the work themselves, or has work done by a replacement contractor.
